The Clarity Intensive

Some situations are too hard to think through alone. You've been too close for too long. You can feel that something might be missing, but you can't see what it is from where you're standing.

That's what this is for.

The Clarity Intensive is a focused session where we untangle your situation and search for the things you can't see from the inside. I listen. I ask questions. I notice the patterns and the gaps. And often, something comes into focus that didn't before.

What makes this different

Most consultants and coaches start from the same assumption: that you already know what you need help with. They help you build a plan, develop a skill, solve a defined problem. That's good work. But it assumes the problem is already visible.

If you're not sure what the actual problem is (if the situation is tangled enough that you can't quite name it yet), that work can't start. Not productively, anyway. You need someone who works upstream first, who can help you see what's actually there before anyone decides what to do about it.

What I bring is the ability to look at something tangled and search for what's actually there. That's the core skill, regardless of the context. In some areas though, (child development, OT practice, the clinical picture of a complex child), I also have the benefit of bringing deep expertise that sharpens the picture. Whatever the situation, I'm always working at the same level: upstream of the advice, before it is clear what to do next.

That's what I do. And that's what the Clarity Intensive is.

What's included

The session. The session typically runs between 90 minutes and two hours. Long enough to go deep, yet short enough that the picture stays clear. I follow the threads, look for what's missing, and name what I find.

A written summary. After the session, I put into words what we worked through: the patterns, the missing piece, the picture as it came into focus. Clarity can evaporate the moment you close your laptop, and the written summary makes sure it doesn't.

A follow-up call. About two to three weeks after the session, once you've had time to sit with what you found, we check back in. The call is part of the package, and it's there for when something shifts, a new question comes up, or you just want to talk through where things have landed.

Who it's for

This is for anyone navigating a situation that feels confusing or overwhelming and needing someone to look at it with them.

That might mean you're in the fog entirely and can't make out the shape of the problem yet. It might mean you can see all the pieces but can't figure out what needs to happen first and what can wait. Or it might mean you have a specific question in an area where you need someone who can actually go deep with you.

If something feels too tangled to see clearly and you need someone to look at the whole picture with you, this is the right fit.

$375

Includes the session, the written summary, and the follow-up call

It starts with a free discovery call or email

The discovery call is free and about 15 minutes. It's not where the work starts. It's where we figure out if working together makes sense. You don't need to explain everything, just enough to give me a sense of the type of situation you're in. I'll walk you through how I work, answer any questions you have, and ask a little about what you're hoping to get out of it. From there, we'll both know if it's the right fit.
